If you and your partner are struggling to reach agreement about your child/children and/or financial settlement, then we can help.
- Support throughout the mediation process.
- Information specific to your situation and concerns.
- Free written summary following your mediation meetings.
Meetings can be held remotely or face to face in central Birmingham (Temple Row). We can also offer out of hours appointments.
We can offer:
- Mediation information and Assessment meetings, either individual or together with your ex-partner.
- Child only mediation to make decisions about arrangements for your child/children.
- Property and Finance mediation to make decisions about property and financial settlement.
- All issues mediation to make decisions about both arrangements for your child/children and property and financial settlement
- Child Inclusive Mediation which includes a separate meeting with a mediator for your child/children.
